Pixel Apartments
Located on the busy corner of Bel-Red Road and NE 24th, 15424 Bel-Red will be the future home to a world class, high tech apartment building containing 177 Efficiency Dwelling Units (EDU’s), Studios and 1 Bedrooms and approx. 2,000 sqft of commercial space envisioned to be a coffee shop or restaurant. Fantastic common areas such as gym facilities, storage areas, work and gathering spaces will be located throughout the building. This project also features a beautiful plaza on the corner adjacent to a Rapid Transit stop and just a few blocks away from the new light rail station and the soon to be revamped Microsoft campus. We will also have roof top amenity spaces with bbqs, fire pits and beautiful views to the West. This property was acquired in 2020 by Puget Properties via holding company Sound Investment Partners and 50% partner Grancorp Holdings, LLC. Our project Architect is Kurt Jensen of Jensen Fey and our General Contractor is Gencap Construction Corp. We are currently planning to break ground in the Spring of 2021.
Sunnyside
Located at 4507 Sunnyside Ave in Seattle’s vibrant Wallingford neighborhood, the Sunnyside building is comprised of 2- 1700 square foot apartments and roughly 3,500 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. This building was purchased as a long term hold which we owned for 10 years, but as prices started to climb in the mid 2000’s this asset was sold as part of a 1031 exchange into the Westlake building.
